The wobble minnow can be worked like a surface lure by lowering your rod tip you can get the lure to ride under the surface ,with jerking actions and different type’s of retrieval the lure will rock side to side and imitate a fleeing bait fish. 
Great for seabass fishing over shallow or retreating tides , or over shallow reefs 

Rigged with Mustad kaiju inline hooks.
