Reef Runner minnow 

This  lure stays just under the waterline when retrieved steadily ,the movement is a tight wobble which   gives enough flash from the silver on the sides to attract a predator to strike.We have personally used these lures with great success out at sea trolling them or fishing over shallow reefs and rocky outcrops.

When retrieving,using the jerk and pause method the lure will dart iratically and then suspend then slowly floats up causing a stir in the water.
